These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the KS Converter Android app, download the APK from this website, or use this website itself.

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using KS Converter, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Limited license

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to install and use KS Converter for lawful personal or business file conversion purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

3. Your responsibility

• Keep a backup of important files before converting, renaming, replacing, or deleting them.
• Check that the output file works correctly before removing the original.
• Use the app only on devices and files you are allowed to access.

• Do not interfere with the app or distribute modified versions as official KS Converter builds without permission.

4. Your files and content

You remain responsible for the files you select and for having the necessary rights to process them. Using the app does not give you any rights in third-party content.

To the extent permitted by law, KS Converter is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free conversion, preservation of metadata, exact visual fidelity, or compatibility with every file or device.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KS Converter and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including lost files, lost data, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination

You may stop using KS Converter at any time by uninstalling it. We may stop distributing a version or limit access to website resources when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.
